Dr Steven Leonard is a highly skilled Consultant Geriatrician and General Physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for older adults. He completed his rigors specialist training in Geriatric Medicine across Monash Health and Frankston Hospital, where he developed extensive expertise across the full continuum of acute, subacute, and community-based healthcare systems.

Dr Leonard specialises in managing the intricate medical, functional, and cognitive complexities that accompany ageing. His clinical practice focuses on helping patients navigate frailty, multimorbidity (co-existing chronic conditions), and cognitive impairment. Committed to a holistic, patient-centred approach, he looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how a patient's health impacts their daily life and independence.
